Kaybridge Capital

The Investor Circle

The Inside Track for Real Estate Professionals Who Are Ready to Stop Closing Deals for Everyone Else.

The Kaybridge Investor Circle is a private community for high-income real estate professionals who want early access to institutional multifamily deals — without another property to manage.

What It Means to Be in the Circle

You see every deal before it opens publicly — full documentation, real numbers, no surprises.

You hear directly from Bri. Real updates. Not a newsletter. Not a bot.

You become a more confident investor with every resource, every conversation, every deal.

You join a network of high-income professionals making the same move at the same time.

Free to join. No commitment to invest. This is where the relationship starts — and where serious investors get in first.

The Circle Is Not For Everyone

People who need their money liquid in the next 1 to 3 years

Anyone looking for guaranteed returns or a sure thing

People who want to be completely passive in their due diligence

Anyone not currently working toward accredited investor status

If that is not you — welcome. This is exactly where you belong.

About Bri

I left a high-performing real estate sales career because I could see exactly where it ended. Kaybridge Capital exists to give high-income real estate professionals the same access to institutional deals that their wealthiest clients have always had.

I only work with investors I have a real relationship with. This is how that relationship starts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a commitment to invest?
No. Joining the Investor Circle is completely free and carries no obligation. It simply gives you early access to deal flow, education, and direct communication from me. When a deal opens, you decide if it is right for you.
Do I need to be an accredited investor?
Kaybridge Capital offerings are structured under SEC Rule 506(b), which requires investors to be accredited or have a pre-existing relationship with the operator. Joining the Circle is how we build that relationship. If you are working toward accredited status, this is the right place to start.
How much do deals typically require?
Minimum investments in multifamily syndications typically range from $50,000 to $100,000, depending on the deal. Each opportunity is different, and full details are provided in the offering materials before you make any commitment.
What makes Kaybridge Capital different?
I focus exclusively on high-income real estate professionals who already understand the market but lack the vehicle to invest passively. I build relationships before I build deals. You will never be pitched. You will be educated until you feel ready to decide for yourself.
How does 506(b) work?
SEC Rule 506(b) allows companies to raise unlimited capital from accredited investors and up to 35 sophisticated non-accredited investors, as long as there is no general solicitation. This means I cannot publicly advertise specific deals. Instead, I build real relationships through the Investor Circle, and only share deal details with people I know personally.

Your Money Should Be Working as Hard as You Do.
